Rotary Cutter Need help identifying 2 rotary cutters

Hi guys i purchased an old farm property and on the farm i have alot of implements and equipment that was left i found 2 rotary cutters one buried in the ground partially and one that was left out i was hoping someone could help me identify the cutters. One is green and i assume is a john deer it has 207 on the back of it and it really looks odd never saw one like it before. This green one has numerous rust holes in then deck and my not be worth saving although it has the pto gear box and blades. The second rotary cutter is super solid it like made out of 3/16" or half 1/2" steel it has what looks to be orange in color and the pto mounts on the side no holes on the deck anywhere to mount on the bottom . Im hoping to see what model this cutter is so that i can refurbish it because the body is super solid any help appreciated for both cutters pics will be posted

Photos 1,2,3 &5 are just scrap metal. Time you buy all the mechanicals for it you could have had something else. If the gearbox and shaft of the 207 are serviceable and you can weld, there is hope for the 207.

I can weld, can i still get parts for the 207 blade or pto.
