Need help identifying tractor!!!

The drive and idler set up in Identical to my 1970 14 HP Sears along with engine setup guessing that is something the same. And we don't have to yell unless we are going back to school days.

What I see being different after looking at the flickr link image is the seat attachment and adjustment + the Flickr tractor has a hydromatic transmission whereas the original poster's tractor had a manual transmission. I agree it looks the same on many levels it may just be a newer year.

Got to be a serial plate on it somewhere. Maybe under the seat or on the frame. Just my guess. Boy to try and match it up by pictures going to take some time. There were soooo many manufacturers in the 60's and 70's. Good luck to ya.

For me simple and cheap...effective.
I put about 100hrs a year+- on my tractor, I buy fuel late in the season to try and get winter blend...I
use howes lubricator year round, I buy green where they sell a lot of it.

This winter weeks of 8 to 10 below F at night warming up to 10 or 12 during the day, no fuel problems.

Dad has used howes for 25 years in his storage tank..never a gelling problem...15 miles from me.
