Need Help w/Pole Barn designs in Western PA

I am in the process of building a new home on 5+ acres of rural property and I am starting to plan for the subsequent construction of a pole barn/garage.

I would like to know of any particular internet sites that sell plans that are preferred by the members here. When I plug in "barn plans" in various search engines I seem to get pretty much the same basic plan sites, nothing which much style. I am looking to build about 20' x 36' or 40' and want a traditional "barn" style with a lean-to open air shelter on the side.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also I am looking for a builder to construct the barn. My home builder does not construct these so I am on my own. Not being that talented of a carpenter, I am looking for "professional" help to build. Property is located in southern Mercer county (Volant) in Western Pennsylvania near the Ohio border. This site has some nice designs. We built the 3 stall animal barn but we modified it to function as a garage. We are very happy with how flexible it is. Ours building is 26'X36' with a full loft. http://www.barnsbarnsbarns.com/

Canada Plans Service has a few plans available in pdf format, that are downloadable. I don't have the url, but a search on the name ought to get a hit or two.
