I am replacing the motor and need to take off the pulley/clutch on my Honda small engine. Below are some pictures. What tool do I need to remove the keyed pulley/clutch? Thanks!

/ Need help, which tool for removing pulley clutch
Some variation on this theme should do. Start the shaft soaking in penetrating oil while you go for the gear puller. If you can stand it up to put the oil in, it would help. And three jaws would be better than the two in the picture.

You can get an auto a/c clutch puller. AutoZone / Advance etc. will loan it out to you with a deposit. Same as what is pictured above, except for some have a wider jaw "flange" that spreads out the pull on the lip of the pulley more than a standard gear puller would.
