NEED HELP - Wife wants Work Pants

OK,

Wifey has asked for some "Carhartt" work pants for Christmas. (To wear when driving the tractor of course /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif). She wants some like a pair I have with double fronts Cabella's double front . The best that I can tell, Carhartt does not make ladies' pants. My mom says that Guy's pants won't fit her right... Can anybody recommend something else?

Prehaps you could try Bib Overalls for her. Smaller men's size might work. More pockets too.

I've had my pair for two years. Use 'em all the time I'm working outside (tractor or not) and they resist the sticker bushes and thorns really well. Put a heavy sweat shirt on her top end and this is a pretty warm outfit for winter use (don't forget the hat)

It's hard to beat good heavy insulated one-piece suits when the weather gets cold and nasty. Mine are a couple sizes too large so I can add layers of sweaters/sweatshirts/fleece/whatever. A nice tailored look is the last thing on my mind when it's cold and windy....................chim

My wife swears by the Carhartt flannel lined jeans. She does all her winter chores in them. They are mens size so the fit is less than perfect. But when she's out in the yard hauling wood or shovelling snow she does not care how her behind looks.

Cabella's makes a similar flannel line jean for women. we just ordered a pair for my daughter.
