Need help wiring 220 volt mercury vapor yard light

Does the light fixture state that they are 220V on the nameplate? Or possibly multitap? Not quite sure what you mean by built in transformer. All mercury vapor lights have a transformer as it is part of the ignition and running of the lamp.
