Need help with 2003 Century C29 28 hp tractor need service manual have steering issue steers really slowly if at all takes 5 turns of wheel to move wheels an inch left or right had steering sector on front axle rebuilt no change has little pump looking device at bottom of steering column eaton model number ru074c130r7a not sure if it can be rebuilt

That box on the bottom of the column is your power steering valve box. The power steering pump is on the motor facing forward. and the rear ward facing pump is for your loader and 3pt hydraulics. If its the same as mine the pumps are close to the bottom of the engine at the front on the left hand side. if your looking from tractor seat. have you figured it out yet?
