What killed this ole conveyer was the brass bushing the held the shaft for the 12"v belt pulley and the 3" sprocket. The metal wasnt thick enough so I welded in a piece of angle iron for support. I found a flanged needle bearing to use instead a brass bushing. After installing the shaft and pulleys/sprockets I figured out I needed a pillow block bearing to keep the shaft from being pulled by the belt or chain.

I basically rebuilt the drive chain shaft completely due to all the bushings were shot and the shaft was worn. Sozzie helped me out with finding a new drive chain sprocket. Thanks again!! Next spring I need to make a shield for it. My wife about stuck her boot in the drive belt while moving hay. :banghead:

I ended up with $200 when it was all done. Thanks for all the input.
