Need help with Honda lawn tractor ignition.

I'm working with a Honda 18 horsepower twin , it has no spark and I don't know which part of the ignition system is bad .Has anyone had experience with this?

I'll take a stab at it. First make sure you have oil in it. Many motors have a low oil switch that will kill the motor on low oil.

Second, I am not sure what that motor has for a ignition system but I will assume it is the standard type. IE a magnet on the flywheel, it spins around and causes a rapid change in the coil. The coil can be bad. (The coil has the sparkplug wire coming out of it)
