Need help with new well pump and expansion tank install.

If the tank is bad or defective or has lost or loses its air charge it will cause well pump short cycling - rapid turning on and off of the water pump. This frequent pump switching on and off is hard on the pump (damages the pump) and also on the pump switch (switch contacts can become burned).

Thanks you all for the patience and assistance today!!! I learned a lot. Some of it the hardway, but I like doing things myself and hate paying for it....
