Hi
I've inherited a Ford 5610. F registration.
It has a few problems. I have little mechanical knowledge so i was hoping somebody here could give me some advice.
There is an oil leak when i turn on the engine. The location is by the right rear wheel. I've put 4 pictures of the probem up at this address.

Hopefully that will show things more clearly.
If possible can people give me their opinions as to the problem, and how it should be repaired and how difficult/expensive that might be.
Just for some background. Apparently it hasn't run properly for a few years. It has this habit of speeding up and slowing down as it sees fit. As if it gets little bursts of power (a few seconds) which it then loses. But in the last week the problem has deteriorated because now even at full throttle it wont go above 11 - 14 miles per hour.
Thanks
John
By the way i've also got a leak on a Massey Ferguson 590. I've also got photographs of this here:

These pictures aren't as clear, so i'll just clarify the position is just beneath the gears and slightly forward. The oil drips a small amount consistently regardless of whether the engine is on. If it looks like there's some gunk there as well as the oil that was just my attempt to seal the gap. Any comments or suggestions welcome.
