Need help with some fittings....

I have a John Deere 4044m and I'm wanting to put some quick connect fittings at the loader joystick valves where I can unhook the hoses going to the loader and hook up some hoses going to the rear. I know there's kits and diverters but the rear hydraulics will hardly ever be used and when they are I for sure won't need the loader at the same time so I'm just wanting to do this cheap and simple... So my problem is I can't find the fittings I'm looking for, I was hoping someone here could point me in the right direction. Thanks for any help

Are you trying to determine the fittings between the hoses and valve sizes?
If so, the valve is Female 08 (1/2") SAE also called ORB (O Ring Boss) The hose end is Female 06 (3/8") ORFS (O Ring Face Seal) The adapter (fitting between hose and valve) is Male on both ends.


So is your plan to install female Quick couplers on the valve and male quick couplers on the hoses? Then put longer hoses with male quick couplers on your implements?

Yeah that's what I'm wanting to do, I wouldn't change the implement hoses, just run hoses to the back with female ends to hook them to.

Trying to find quick disconnect ends to screw into the hoses and valves is where I'm having trouble.

I think you need fitting R63922 (four) for the valve. Each will need 2 R26375 O-rings. Then Female quick coupler LVA13231 should fit R63922.

Male quick couplers RE221576 should fit your hoses.


These are JD P/Ns. I would verify with your dealer that they will work.
