Need hydro pump 274 International Harvester

My neighbor has one of those old 274's. I believe Nissan made the motors for them. He has not been able to find a hydraulic pump anywhere. They may be made with aluminum housings and rebuild places won't mess with them.
Anybody here got any info?

Case/IH shows it/them still available. There is a serial number break, where they changed pumps. And, looks like they are a dealer item only, as I Googled the part numbers for both pumps, and only appeared on dealer sites.
