Need info on above ground storage regs

Ohio or Federal, can't remember which it pertained to.
I had an "FYI" somewhere and misplaced it.
I'm not sure, but the memo said something to the effect of all outdoor storage tanks needing covered before Oct of this year.
If you have info or a website about it I'd appreciate it.

Must have been Ohio. I have not heard anything about it in MD or PA.

What was the reasoning behind it ?

I would suspect to prevent rainwater filling of the containment basins.

Many areas are adopting staged regulations of the containment basins, then overhead covers etc. as they are also getting stricter on the draining of rainwater from secondary containment areas.

How much fuel are you storing? Is it a business or home use? The AST rules don't apply to standard 275 gallon tanks for home owners.
