Need info on toro groundskeeper 52

Im new on here but i need some help.
I found one for sale for 750.00 but it has 2200 hours which scares me. I have not seen it yet but owner says it is in good running order but bogs down with heavy grass. I have herd you can't just drop another Moter in these tractors very easily.

Never heard of a Groundskeeper, Could it be a Groundsmaster?

Is it a Briggs and Straton engine?
