Need info to put seal on my 3 pt lift

I have a ford 1700 and bought a new 3 pt piston seal. I have it ready to reinstall. I need pointers on how to streatch the seal over the piston without damage to the seal. All pointers will be appreciated. Thanks Ray.

A little patience is prudent buddy, it confuses people when you have several thread open in different locations with the exact same content.
