Need info

Looking at selling my Kubota L3130 HST w/FEL and BB. It's become a bit large for my needs now. I found this JD 4110.


Description -- 2003 John Deere Compact Tractor - Model 4110 - 3 Cylinder Diesel - 21 HP, 4 Wheel Drive, R4 Tires, Hydrostatic Transmission, John Deere Quick Detach 410 Loader - 61" Bucket. Purchased New on April 18 2003. Also included is a John Deere 60" Heavy Duty mower deck (belly mount mower) purchased New April 18 2003. John Deere 46 Quick Detach Backhoe. Reach from center line of swing pivot is 101 in. Digging depth 78 in. Backhoe purchased New on July 18 2007. It has its own frame that mounts to the tractor frame, not one of those that mounts to the 3-point hitch and slops around. Mower deck has approximately 200 hrs and backhoe has only around 20 hrs tops. Tractor has 262 hours. Everything works as it should, is in excellent condition, fully operational, and run great. All hardware to attack mower included as well as 3 - point hitch. Loader and Backhoe will detach or attach in 5 minutes, belly mower in 5 to 10 minutes. All has been Maticously maintained according to owners manual maintenance sheets. Also all manuals for everything listed are included.

I could really use the backhoe att. and the smaller size would be very handy.

What would be the Kubota equivalent to this tractor and what would be a good price to shoot for?

sounds like a BX25 except if you want more reach with BH go to B23/26/2920. All have 24+ HP up to 29 HP.

How great is the need for the smaller size? When you get smaller you get a smaller BH. My Woods BH70X has a reach of 113.5", and you could probably put a Woods BH80 or 90 on the L3130.

My BH70 was a royal pain to take off and put on the first three times, but the fourth and fifth time I got it down to less than 5 minutes. And if I could figure out an engine hoist type hookup it probably would be even quicker.

But as far as prices look at tractorhouse for old equipment.

Well I was trying to downsize and figure a way to get a small BH at the same time. The guys over at the JD forum exposed this as a scam anyways. Learn something every day.
