Setting up bx2200 mower deck (60”) and the front hanger is not fitting. I’ve never had problem is 24 years of ownership. Anyway I take deck off for winter and I think that the front hanger might have been damaged.
The pictures I added shows measurements. Could someone please check these against their hanger. Thank you.

That seems to match my BX24 deck. It really isn't a high precision fit. I would roll the deck out from underneath the tractor and see what is going on. Sometimes I struggle getting mine hooked since it is not very visible when connecting and underneath the tractor. My guess would be one of the ears on the deck got bent.

Is it my eyes? or is there a bend/twist in the leg where the box end of the wrench is shown?

Yes I agree with this assessment - you can see the wear pattern inside the left bracket.

Also, just measure the connecting point on the tractor—that will tell you the L>R dimensions you need to hook up.

Yes, I agree. Looks slightly bent outward. Not to be ridiculous, but besides the bent part I assume you are putting the yoke on with the correct side up?

JWR - one would certainly think he knows this setup - with 24 years of experience with this tractor - and he is an early TBN member March 2001, but hasn't been too active in the last few years.

I agree it's bent out of shape - maybe hitting a tree, who knows.

If it came off without a problem, should it not go back on the same way?

Nice clarification Mr Climber with the two white lines. Might need some heat to bend it back into alignment. I think I can see a slight "kink" in the rod leading to the clevis so that is probably where the bend is, not the clevis itself.
