Was perusing CL for potential loader tractors this morning and noticed this guy not too far from me. Thinking about checking it out next weekend when I'm out that way. Hours are fairly high and I don't really care for a cab. Is it possible to remove cab and convert to an open station setup? Looks to have 4 remotes and most likely the dual pump setup. It would be interesting to know if it had the dual power, but I suspect it doesn't just by looking at the dash view. The fact that the 4wd doesnt disengage definitly scares me too, but would be nice if it was a simple fix. Any opinions/advice would be welcome.

If it is electronic engagement then somewhere you should be able to run a jumper wire and make it go into 2wd. I'm not familiar with how they shift.
With 4 remotes it likely does have the auxiliary hydraulic pump, price isn't bad, hours are a little high but it could possibly be a good tractor. It hasn't been repainted to hide cosmetic issues, looks like that is how it has been kept and worn.
If it starts easily on a cold engine, if the bucket will lift the front end off the ground at idle and it runs good I wouldn't be afraid of it, especially if the heat works. I could do without A/C by removing the windows, but I would love to have heat.

If it was near me I would be looking at it and my wife would be unhappy I was going to go look at it because I would probably bring it home.

Thanks a lot for the info about checking the loader. I'm pretty sure the 4wd is electronic engagement and will bring a jumper with me if I check it out. I hope it's still there when I am down that way next weekend. I just wish it was a couple months from now so I could try starting it in colder weather, but it is what it is. Will try to get it up to operating temp and check the blowby. Man I really want a dual pump 4610 or a 5610 MFWD with a loader. Dual power would be nice as I think these had the 1000 rpm pto option. That would be perfect for running a 20kw generator at a lower rpm for good fuel conservation. This tractor most likely doesn't have the 1000 rpm option, but it will have the higher pump flow to run a hydraulic auger if I decide to go to one eventually. Anyway, I'm rambling. Will post up any pics/info if I am able to make over to check it out.
