Need Some Help ...Please

I have a B7100 HST with a RC60-71B mid-mount mower, I have a problem with the rear mower deck linkage. There is a "L" shape link that appears to be bent it will not lock in the pin on the left side and contacts the drive belt. My question is am I correct in thinking the left side pin should lock this bracket up ? From the parts illustration I believe I am right. Thanks
