Need some help with a FNH 1920

I have chance to buy a 1920 with a engine problem with aprox 3500hrs on it. The guy that is selling it gave serial # up23083 engine # NB-02060. I have couple of questions that I need help with.
1) the 1920 has a loader and seems to be in poor to avg shape. what is a reasonable price in your opinion to buy this tractor?
2) what or where should I go or look up to get a price on aused or new engine or rebuild kit?
3) how hard is it to pull tractor engines out(note I do have experience at heavy auto mechanics). I know this is a loaded question just wondering cause I have never have pulled a motor from a tractor before.

I don't know what it is worth. But if it is in that type of condition I would say "Not Much." BTW, you don't pull a motor out of most tractors. You either split the tractor in two (as the motor is the front part of the tractor) or you rebuild in place.

Does anyone know of a place i can check cost of engine parts on this Ford-New holland 1920.? possibly online?

Messicks (a poster on here) has parts online. He lists "retail" prices. Some may be a little cheaper others may be what is listed. Case / New Holland Parts Catalogs

If the eng has been abused.. so has the rest of the tractor. i had a 1920.. they are like a cast iron brick.. if someone abuse done.. then they really worked at it..
