Adding Pat's caused my Bush Hog tiller PTO shaft to be too short.
Looked today at TSC, Atwoods, and Online metals with no luck. Also looked for a PTO extender or overrunning clutch to use in lieu of a longer shaft. All those extenders I found required a bolt hole in the tractor shaft, which my BX 2200 does not have. Struck out all over and have a tilling job this week!
Any ideas on where I can find a short piece of this? It's the triangular tubing about 1.69 (from the base to a rounded tip) with .125 wall thickness. Needs to be exact to press fit into the yoke and slip fit the male shaft.
I'll call the dealer tomorrow, but I don't want to buy a whole new PTO just for this.................
Any ideas??????????????? THANKS.
