Need sprayer pump fix - MacGyver style

Hey,

Have a sprayer pump where the relief valve is leaking. Need to cap it off. Problem is the tread size is 1-3/4" and I can't seem to find a coupler or anything that will fit to close it off.

Any suggestions on how to close this port off. I know the picture is not great, but it's 1-3/4" The pump can generate 600 psi but we normally only run at 200.
