Need to fabricate tool bar cultivator sweep mount/clamps mount

Dear friend gave me an old Sears cultivator which fits on my Sears Suburban tractor but it is missing 1 straight shank sweep and 3 tool bar mounting clamps. I have a plasma cutter and welder to fabricate my own if I can locate the steel stock that I need. Or does anyone know of a source for the clamps ready made. I will provide pictures of the clamp.

The tool bar is 1 1/2 by 3/4 inch. The sweep shank is 1 1/4 x 3/8 inch.
