need to make backhoe mounting brackets for skidsteer

Hi has anyone out there made brackets for mounting a case d-100 backhoe attachment to a bobcat 743? the backhoe has a quick attach, but the case brackets had to be cut off to use this way. should i use the trailer ball type mount or the hook mount the way bobcat does it? i need to hook it to the frame not the boom arms right? if someone has done this and has any pictures that would be cool. i can weld,cut, do most any fabrication. thanks

THe Case unit was it off a trencher or a skid steer with a Casecoupler. I know the Early Case Uniloaders had a frame mounted hoe and the loader arms were blocked up. THe later ones like my 1840 Cases have a loader mounted hoes that have an arm from the top link that attaches to the lower frame. The stakes the wiggle out of the loader tilt cylinders and alot of stress off the arms. It does the same basice thing as a the trailer coupler balls on the 900 series BC backhoes.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. my case backhoe attachment is from a skidsteer, your right i think it must have had a turnbuckle or something like that . it must have attached to the lower frame of the sdidsteer, it wont work like that on the bobcat. just thought one of you guys had come across this before and made brackets to fit. just wanted some input on which way would be best and maybe not alot of fabrication. thanks

Do you still have the Case mounts Im looking for a set now for the 1840 I have I got a small hoe off a Vermeer trencher. I havent been around the Case BH attached alot. Never thought I d own one lol now I have 2.

THe las one is a repainted 907 BC unit see the couplers on top. They had a set of balls on to near the cab entrance that thes set on.
