Need to update finishing mower

Bought this mower new in 83 when we purchased our Ford 1300, which was also bought new, but from a different dealer. Mower was about 600.00. It has since had the deck reworked where the bearings go (you can see the metal plates that were used). The skid shoe needs repair and welding back on, and the tail wheel needs some attention.

This pic is of the rear of the mower. You can see I have replaced the idler pulley and the belt tensioner pulley (the shiny one) in the past, but now the spring tensioner arm is weak where it goes to deck of mower and is not running true.

This shows the wheel that needs replacing and the one that is missing. Next couple show the tube and some wheels that I will attempt to install to remedy this situation. Not in a hurry, so this will probably be a nice winter project.

That finish mower looks exactly like the one I bought locally from an ebay seller, except mine had pulley cover shields on each side covering the outer spindles. I used it one time, broke a belt and went back to using a bush hog. A friend with a B6000 saw it, and I sold it to him for what I had in it, and he replaced the idler pulleys, and reversed the direction of the blades. It is now his pride and joy, cause finding reverse turning mowers isn't easy.
Should make a mower for a 1300, but I wanted something a little bigger to pull behind my 2555.
