need torque values for D1503 eng. L3000dt

Hi, I am doing a 750 hr. top-end inspection on my Kubota D1503 engine. I wanted to put the valve cover, and check the vent,seal, and cleanliness. Now to do this I must PULL the Fuel tank to lift the cover off. All the while leaning over the arm of the FEL. I have only just recieved this unit, and want to be sure it is READY. Please send me the torque values for this motor..I guess the head bolts need to be checked too, while i am here. The tappets are solid so I would like to guage them too. Last of all how many inch-pounds on the valve cover itself, I had to force it loose.Now if I can drain the fuel and remove the tank frame, I can remove the valve cover? Help if you can. THX. JY.

I would check the valve lash but I would leave the head bolts alone.

Okay, could you possibly tall me the gap or lash..i was not sure about the head bolt, my thought were to set it at 5 lbs. shy and check them?But i don't see any antifreeze in the oil, or oil in the radiator. I am looking for a oil leak on the inj. pump side. I did just start checking this tractor this last week.JY.
