Cub Cadet EX3200
Hello All - I have searched on and off without much luck. I have the industrial tires on my EX3200 (4wd) but they tear up and rut my yard pretty good. So... I am looking for a set of turf wheels/tires - either to trade or purchase, but I am having zero luck. The local places don't sell Yanmar, calling about tires alone gets me silence and 'can't help you'. No salvage yard luck either. Seriousely, can this be that hard?? Hoyle does not make rims anymore but I still need to call them to see if they can cros refference.

Does anyone have a set to trade, does anyone know any other models that might cross refference wheel and hub sizes? I believe ther rear bolt pattern (6 lug) is 6.5" across with a 4" hole, the fronts are 6" across with a 3 9/16 hole. I believe the fronts will always remain a 14" rim regardless of tire type (maybe some width differents) but the rear goes from 16" to 19.5 " diameter (does that sound right?

any help is appreciated

I think you will find that any abrupt start, stop, or turning action will tear up the turf no matter what the tire design.

I have a 15000 pound backhoe with r4s on it and a John Deere 4310 with turfs. My turfs are the Galaxy brand which the manual says is a golf course tire. :) The John Deere will tear up the turf worse than the backhoe but I rarely make sharp turns with the backhoe. My 4310 has the eHydro and when mowing I use the cruise control. Any time I disengage the cruise it comes to an abrupt stop and rips a little grass up.

The important factor on any 4WD is maintaining the circumference ratio from front to rear. If you can find tires/wheels that do that and will fit the tractor is all that matters.

I know this isn't much help.

I'm sure it will be pricey but you should be able to call the nearest Yanmar dealer and get prices on what you are looking for.

The online parts manual shows the front turf kit as a CY-1A8160-14500 and the rear turf kit as a CY-1A8160-34500.

Thanks TractorGuy, I'll look up those part numbers and see what I can do. I am generally pretty easy on the stop/start/turn, it's more about getting the flotation and stop leaving depressions/ruts. Am I on the right track with the turf tires? Also, Hoyle sells Carlisle Fronts and Ironman rears, any thoughts on brands etc?... I am looking for pretty light duty that I can air down to get the max floatation.

Yanmar made several models for John Deere also check with them for wheels. I know the tail lights on my EX450 are the same as the JD 790 so some wheels may be the same between models

thanks amaxwell - I am certain there are plenty of wheels that will cross reference, I just have to figure out which one will. I will check out the specs on the 790
