NEED YM2000 HEAD

I'M IN NEED OF A HEAD FOR MY YM2000 RED TRACTOR. I'VE GOT ONE THAT'S BUSTED AND I NEED A GOOD ONE.

What is wrong with the head? Is it cracked from overheating or from freezing? There are many machine shops which specialize in the welding and repair of heads and there is the possibility of getting a used head from one of the numerous dealers which frequent the forum. So no need to despair.

Welcome to TBN. The Yanmar forum is one of the most active and informed of all. We really like our tractors and have a dealer group here which is first class. In forum etiquette to write in ALL CAPITALS is the equivalent of Shouting or screaming, therefore it is best to use CAPs very sparingly. Sit tight and someone will come to help you momentarily.

Those heads are in high demand right now. We sold our last good used one about a month ago. I have been told that we should have some new heads by the end of January... hopefully.

Sorry everyone didn't know I was shouting. I guess I was a little loud.
The head was busted by the previous owner. It looked as though they ran it hot. The front cylinder is busted pretty good between the valves. The second clyinder has a small crack close to the valve. I took it to a automotive machine shop but they said wasn't anything they could do for it.
