I am thinking I made the mistake of getting the independent lift, based on what I read here it seems the 3point hitch lifting system saves a lot of time. I was also told with the hydraulic lifting system you loose one funtion on the FEL which I am sure suck. My 2720 should be here in 2 weeks I think, so I will deal with all that then

The dealer usually puts on the hydro lift kit, maybe you can talk to him as it's not here yet.

I will let it go as it is. I know I will find a way to work around it and still have it in place for use when its more convenient. I will more than likely use the 3PH for the deck most of the time, and drop the deck to use the bush hog. 6 months to a year from now I'll be a pro!!

Unless you install the "Diverter Valve" set up, which gives you 2 additional hydrauilic couplers to operate the deck lift, you will need to use 2 of the existing couplers to operate the independent lift cylinder for the deck. which means yes, you lose 2 functions on the FEL.
