Looking at a new 3830 HST with the LA723 FEL with quick detach and 72" heavy duty bucket. Total price $22,000. Unit will be used for land grading on new and exsisting construction. Does anybody have some comments about this unit or Kubota in general or price. I am also looking at the new John Deere 4120 with 400X loader at $24,000 but it is really out of my budget, nice tractor all the same though. Have looked at Kioti's 30CK HST as well but dealer irregularities are starting to deter me from purchasing one.

I have had one about a year and a half. with over 250 hrs. on it I still cant say enough good things about it. I also have a bradco backhoe on mine. The 3830 has power to spare even on the huge hill that I live on. Purchased mine at state equipment in WV.

I have a Kubota 3830 w/ LA732 loader and quick detach. For get John Deere...Kubota is where its at!!!! The quailty is much better with the Kubota. I have 108 hours on mine and it is running like a clock. And it has done alot of loader work too! I am very impressed. I have the sync shift trans. I gets old having to clutch the tractor for direction change all the time. The hydro sounds like a smart move. Personally I think the 30 series tractors are the best compact tractors being built right now....period. Good luck
