New 4000TEN seats

The Friendly folks at Deere sent me a new 4000TEN brochure. (guess with a tractor on order, I can cut out the pictures, or something...)

Anyway, they are showing new seats than what I saw at the dealers. Anybody tried them? What is the extra control for?

Also noticed they haven't fixed the 4410 torque and dimension typos...

Looks like they added bolsters like in racing car seats... maybe they improved the top speed? 5 point harness is next? /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

How new is this seat suppose to be? It looks just like the one on my 4610, bought 10 months ago.

My guess it is a running change. The units on the lot in Tulsa didn't have it. So what does the control left of middle do?

That control adjusts your seat height and shock. The funny thing is, that control is not mentioned in the operator’s manual. I guess the manual is older than the seat. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

My 4210 has the new seat with the 3rd control. It is not mentioned in any of my manuals.

It appears to adjust the front-to-back tilt of the seat, but I really haven't fooled with it too much.
