Cef2lion:

WOW!, from the size of the pic I feel like I can reach out a touch it. Nice shade of green if I can say so /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Veeerrry nice. As a 4310 owner I'm curious - why did you make the trade? Did the 4310 not do what you want? I couldn't justify the extra $1400 the dealer wanted for three more hp in the 4410.

I bought the 4310 last summer and had no issues with it at all. I took on more mowing this summer and wanted to trade the 60MMM for a 72MMM.

I have learned a lot in the past year from use and by reading this forum. I got a price on trading in just the MMM but decided I had some other needs I didn't catch the first time around. I decided to trade the 4310 and refinance. I worked for weeks via E-mail with my Dealer till I felt I had it right.

Here is what I changed from the 4310 to 4410.

R3 to R4 tires. (So far I like the change)
Added engine block heater.
No starting issues but thought it couldn't hurt.
Optioned for the 72" HD bucket for the 430 loader for little more.
Got a 48 backhoe
Optioned for the 14" HD hoe bucket for little more.

I think a lot of people feel the same about the 4410 cost debate. I priced it and decided to go with the 4410 anyway. Have not run the 4410 enough to tell if I can feel the extra hp.

Congrats on a nice piece of iron! I have yet to get the rear facing work lights on mine yet. I plan to soon. Are the rear facing lights John Deere? By chance, do you have a part number? Don't forget that the book says the trans. holds 7.8 gal. but you will end up pouring in about 9 gal. and change. Enjoy! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Chief,
I'd appreciate your telling me what kind of post hole digger you have and if you recommend it. Looking to add one to my 4410.
Thanks - Brian
