At the beginning of March every year, Deere announces a new set of financing, trade-in, and specific model promotions for its dealers to use. All of the winter promotions expired on February 28 as RockyRidgeFarm mentioned.
Dealers have some flexibility to carry over a promotion (with permission, of course) past the end date, especially if you were negotiating or had gotten a quote based on the retired promotion.

I just picked up a bunch of new equipment on Sat, March 1 and financed it under Deere's new program that started that day. I believe it's 5.9% for 36 months and 6.9% thereafter. It's part of their revolving credit program and minimum payments are something like 2% of the total financed amount.
I spent around $15,000 after trade and my payments for the first 36 months are $179. They then go up after that. I believe that is when the 2% of the original finance amount minimum payment kicks in.
I'm not sure if this is what you guys were talking about, but this program just started Sat. By the way, there is no pre-payment penalty! Also, pics of my new stuff can be found in the JD owning/operating forum.

I just ordered a 4310 with attachments. The new rates locally through JD credit are: 0% 12 months; 4.5% 48 months; 4.9% 60 months; 5.5% 72 months.
