I wish I could put in words what it feels like to be in so many peoples thoughts and prayers, THANK YOU, yal are awesome. Enough with the mushy stuff...... Well I took my skid steer QA bucket off for the first time yesterday, boy what a chore! QA doesn't mean easy, could not get the left handle up for nothing. Finally got to release with a 2" pipe and a sledge hammer. Hpoefully the spring will loosen up a bit. Can anybody tell me about the quick dump detent on the loader control I cant tell a difference from fast dump to normal dump? Maybe tomorrow I will take the loader off just to see how hard it is.
Rustyjeep,
So when do you quit playing in the dirt with your new toy and go to the sand box over there? Keep us informed........AND please let us know if you need anything we can send you. Typing this I am reminded of my son. He was headed to the Persian Gulf for a routine deployment cruise on the USS Ingraham, FFG-61, a guilded missle frigate when 911 happened. They were in mid Pacific when it happened. He called me on the Marine Radio phone. He got out in 2002. Keep your six covered!
hugs, Brandi

Did you try to release the bucket while it was off the ground, or did you have it sitting on the ground when you tried to release it? It is much easier to release them when the bucket isn't sitting on the ground, that way there is nothing to bind it.

I have no clue if the ML275 is at all like the ML112 in this regard, but I found that the ML112 tool carrier's two "pivot assemblies" can hang in the tool carrier's front face access windows very easily if the pivot assemblies are manufactured a bit sloppy and off-square. This was not only a serious problem with one of my original pivot assemblies... but it was also a problem with the replacement assembly I ordered!!! Both had to be bent and ground into shape and then polished smooth to make them function correctly.

Check those pivot assemblies for squareness, weld spatter and possible hangup in those tool carrier access windows. It's very easy to see the problem (if it exists) with the bucket off. Defective pivot assemblies will hit the inner edges of the rectangular access windows when either opening or closing.
