Local Rancher had a sheep that was rejected... knew my niece wanted one so my brother picked it up the day it was born... raised in a crib in the house the first few months.
To this day... that lamb will follow my brother better than his dogs... amazing how it bonded...

Two concerns, we had no idea the mare was in foal, the vet assured us a couple of years ago the 'stallion' was a rig.
May have to ask for a refund.

Bad news, we lost her this morning, she just got weaker and weaker and got all sorts of sores and could not stand, the vet just couldn't do anymore so we did the kindest thing.
God I hate seeing animals suffer.

A rig is fertile. All fertile mares are brazen hussies/trollops when it comes to them being 'in season' and there being a male around. Your rig is going to need his own paddock or be prepared for more 'surprises'.
Important Note: If your daughter is going to compete that rig, it must be reported and treated as a stallion at that competition. Additional rules apply.
