Got a 2610h two weeks ago. Very happy with the tractor so far. I have two friends with Bransons who are very happy with them. I had been looking for a 2400h, but they are hard to come by around here. Stopped by the local dealer, and they had just put the 2610 on the lot that morning. It is the perfect size that I had been looking for. I was afraid that the 2400 would be smaller than I wanted. Most tractor manufactures make a big jump in size. John Deere for example. The size difference between the 2 series and 3 series. 2 is smaller than I wanted and 3 is bigger. The 2610 is between them, just what I wanted!
I have had a larger Massey and a smaller Kubota in the past. I really do believe this is the perfect size. I will be bush hoggin' and clearing property with it mainly. I want to get and roto-tiller and plant a garden next spring.
Only two complaints so far. First, the position and length of the differential lock. It is in the perfect location to jab me in the calf if I'm not careful about my foot position. Second, the manual is more about the 2400 model. There is very little that applies to the 2610.
Very happy with my purchase.
