That's a really awful factory assembly or dealer prep mistake. Please let your dealer know about it so they can fix their procedures or relay it to the factory so they can fix theirs.

You’d think somebody would at least do a basic function check before delivering a big, expensive piece of machinery to a customer, but then what do I know about running a tractor dealership.
