Replacement heater core works fine !

Installed the replacement core... ~1 hour job... works a lot better... cab went from 25 F to 51 F within 30 minutes...

Original core had 1 inlet/outlet tube soldered off-center causing only a tiny hole...

Took advice here about air-pockets... so I filled the core with water (by blowing it thru)... so it was entirely filled when I hooked up the hoses to it...

FYI... the tubing in the core is soldered copper...

Thanks for your help & insights... !
