Well, My dealer had a 3035 setting on his lot with FEL installed and ready to go. He didn't have any of the 20 series at all. I had originally went there to look at a 2045 I had seen a few weeks before, but it had sold. He had a 3035 with FEL mounted, a 3045 with R4's and another 3035 without FEL. All the rest of his tractors were larger Zetor's and Valtra's. I looked at the tractor on a Saturday, it was delivered the next Saturday.
So basically it was he had what I wanted and was willing to work with me to make it mine. I had went to a Massey dealer right after visiting the Century dealer, to look at those machines, but all he had in red were 60HP and up and a couple of 1200 series 20 HP machines. He put me on a Farmtrac 30HP with FEL and quoted me a price nearly $2000 more than the Century guy. The Massey guy seemed surprised when he called on the following Monday and I told him I liked the Century better!
