Kioti CK30
I thought that I would post a few pics of my new CK30 (gear) with FEL, KB2475 backhoe and loaded tires. I've had it for a few weeks now but have not had a chance to work with it much (only a couple of hours thus far)--so not a whole lot of feedback to share with you yet.

The other models I had looked at when shopping were the Kubota L2800 and the Bobcat CT235. The Kubota L2800 was more expensive ($1000 more) and lacked many of Kioti's features. The Bobcat dealer hadn't serviced Daedong tractors long enough for me to feel comfortable with their quality of service (this is in contrast to my local 5 Paws Kioti dealer who has sold and serviced Kiotis for over two decades I believe).

Total price was upper $23K... not the sweet deals some of you have encountered--down side of living in a remote part of the country I guess ;) but buying local was important to me.

As some have stated in previous posts, the loader and backhoe manuals have much to be desired. The tractor owner's manual however isn't as bad as I had expected. It has decent illustrations. But the index is weak and topics seem somewhat scattered throughout... or missing all together! For instance, I have yet to find any mention of the dual stage clutch  and the section on PTO dis/engagement is all but 30 words long!

Very Nice, I like the curved boom backhoe! We need some dirty pics of it in action. :D

The BH is a lot differant than mine.. Nice.. I got the same setup with hst in 2005. One of my favorite additions was a thumb for the BH.

Grease it right off the bat. Check all over for loose bolts. Likely, you'll be glad you did. Both are a MUST for new equipment!

Enjoy!!

I forgot to mention the single hook on the bucket. May want to make sure the bucket is re-enforced..

Congrats on the new machine, welcome to the pack.

You'll have many hours of productivity and enjoyment out of a machine like that.

Really like the curved boom.

Take good care of your machine and she'll take good care of you.

Be safe.

Welcome to the pack, nice looking machine! Let us know how the hoe works out, I'm thinking of getting one for mine.

Did you get it from Whitamore & Son ?

T Check all over for loose bolts.

Good point. I had spotted a couple of loose bolts on the FEL assembly last week. Haven't thoroughly checked the remainder of the tractor.... I will do so soon.

Awesome looking unit (I do have the exact same one though!).

Don't feel bad about your price. Mine was a lot more just because I live north of the border.

You'll have a blast, lets see you get her dirty!
