I've run it to this problem from time to time, are the tops of the door openings crippled down? or solid headers?
If solid headers here's what I have done and after already been sheet-rocked, It requires cutting out the 1 1/2 pc of drywall along with the bottom 2x4 of the header, saw-zall with a metal cutting blade to cut the nails, Not to cut all the way to the stud, being sure to stop even at the inside of the jack-stud, then cut up to the 2 x 10 pull out the bottom 2x4 and replace with a 1x4, this way will leave the ends of the 2 x 4 in place to support the header and the 1x4 will hold the small pc. in place, Though I usually shoot a couple trim nails into the end blocks for safe measure, Replacing with a 1x4 will give you 3/4 inch more space,
If the door openings are crippled-stud down this means there is no or minimum weight load over the doors, and you can still cut the bottom 2 x 4 out, if you choose to cut the cripples off and raise the 2 x 4 up, you will then replace the jack-studs with longer ones, or could do same procedure as describe with solid header,
I only hope that the width for the doors are correct....and not too narrow

Remember you'll need to set the doors on 1/2 inch blocks for carpet....... 3/4 block for Tile...... the thin side of a shim or approx 3/16 for vinyl,
unless you use a sub-floor material then be sure to allow for it as well,
