New DK55 and 1595 \"THIS LOADER CAN\'T BE RIGHT!\"
Just got my new DK55 and 1595, after first buying a DK45 w/1470 loader. After discovering the 45/1470 wouldn't budge the loads I needed to move the Dealer took it back and sold me the 55/1595. The Tractor is awesome, lots of power, great operation, and laid out great. The 1595 loader is border line dangerous, if not very poorly conceived. This loader has about no useable rollback capacity, and the self leveling mechanism is very limiting and dangerous. I've lost lumber, and logs while moving simply because I could not adjust rollback beyond level on the slightest downgrades.
I am hoping there is some way to exchange the front cylinders and leveling mechanism, to overcome this bad design flaw. I really like the oem fit and overall design of the matching Kioti loader. I just want to fix it!
Any Shade Tree Engineers out there with any ideas?
