NEW DOOR FOR BX

Thought id show you guys my new home for the BOTA.Actually its the new improved home .Itore out the old 7 ft swinging doors i had ,installed an 8 ft and opener,and poured a floor in the back of my barn.No more shoveling out the barn doors,going inside ,opening them,trying to prop them open so the wind wont catch them,get the bota out ,get out,close the doors,and vice versa when returning.
Now i can go out the house ,across the porch ,thru the barn[attached],get in my cab.start the tractor,hit the remote and start blowing snow ,closing the door behind me .If i dont break down i can go blow snow in a nor easer and never go outside
Only bad thing is my wife is mad ,my bx has a cement floor ,yet she has a dirt floor under her car-ill never live it down
almost forgot a new pass door to the outside in the tractor part!

Funny how wives can be....

Now that I have my interior garage walls up & painted and the heater installed, my daughter tells me I better not even think about putting trim around the windows in there, as some of the windows (well, OK, all of 'em!:ashamed insinde the house need trim, too; Mom would not be very happy....:laughing:

Whats next? a tunnel from your house to barn so you never have to face the weather ?

You could asphalt her garage floor. Three tab shingles work just as well as architectural shingles but leave the roofing nails in the store. But you may be the one to sweep and vacuum it.:laughing:

No, No, No - trim those windows and get practice so you don't mess up on the windows in the house. Tell your daughter practice makes perfect.
