New Emax 25 fuel?

Just brought home my new Emax 25.So far I'm enjoying the tractor and cab.Quite differant from my Newholland TZ24 such as throttle direction is back for rpms and not forward, and push button PTO that I'll get used to.The fuel sticker says not to run diesle sulfer fuel,are they saying we should run road grade fuel?I'm just guessing if that's the case it must have a new emision sensitive engine, does anyone know for sure?I'll check in from time to time with the comparrison between the Ford and the Mahindra.Thanks ....Don

You need to run ULSD, but it can be off-road or on-road. Where I am, heating oil, off-road diesel, and on-road diesel are all ULSD and identical except for dye and pricing.

yep on road and off road diesel are both ultra low sulfur diesel (ULSD) now so run either one with confidence

I don't think you can by other than ULSD unless you look real hard and even then maybe not.

Thanks guys,I had forgotton about the dye they put in the off road just to differentiate on and off road.I have always put the off road in the new holland and was hopeing to keep useing it because it's a bit cheaper per gallon.Again thank you all....Good forum

Yep....Cheaper because the road tax isn't on it.....
