New equipment barn: opinions, please

I'm planning a new barn, for workshop, equipment storage. Under consideration is SC Barns (Santa Rosa, California, scbarns.com) metal building. Anyone have any experience with them, anything to say about their buildings? I'd also appreciate any ideas / feedback / suggestions on planned, so far:

30'x30'x10' building with
10' porch on gable end
on 30'x40'x4" concrete slab
3/12 pitch roof with overhang
metal siding
10'X12' sectional door

I've seen their buildings on the net... don't know anyone that has one.

I'm in Oakland and often have that problem when I see things I like... fencing, corals and the like... I always ask where I can see it in my area and they never have anything here.

Like to hear what you find out...
