John Deer 4320 2008
Would love to know why my John Deer 4320 2008 will not start when cold. Changed fuel filter and still no results .. Works great when warmed up.. Will not start if plugged in either.

Welcome, fellow Canadian.

Are you sure your block heater is working? I'm not sure what your weather has been like out there, but it's been cold enough out here to cause problems. The first thing I'd check would be the block heater cord.

Welcome.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

What part of NS you from?

Not much help on tractor but as said check out the block heater, as well as the air filters and the preheater.:)

Does the tractor have glow plugs??

It may be different on your deere but on my kubota, I have to turn the key backwards to activate the glowplugs. How long depends on how cold. You may want to consult your manual to see if you have glow plugs. And as others have suggested, make sure the heater IS working.
