New furnace, air conditioner & water heater.

Finally had to break down and replace AC and water heater a couple of months ago. Both were 27 years old.

New furnace and roof 5 years ago.

I hope I'm good for a while.

If you have the well capacity, an open loop geo is the way to go. Considerably more efficient than a closed loop. I’ve had one for over 30 years. Use same well for domestic use and supply to the geo, return to a second well.
