I've been lurking/reading for a while and decided to jump in.

I moved to small piece of land my family owns. it has a small house, barn, animal shed, etc. They'd been renting it to someone else and now I'm renting it until I take it over.

My next post will be to the I need a small tractor to the BUYING/PRICING/COMPARISONS subforum to help me pick a small tractor for light work around this small (3ac) homestead.

Welcome Neighbor: we're just down the road a bit, about 3 miles south of Coke and a mile west of Lake Quitman. I bought my tractor from Farm Country in Sulphur Springs, and they were a good bunch of guys to work with.
