Hi Guys,

Just wanted to say hi and let ya'll know that this forum is a major contributor to my recent purchase of a 2013 LS G3033 with fel.

Took a ride down to Smith's Enterprises and ordered my tractor last week. It should hopefully be here this coming Friday if all goes well. I got what I think is a good deal from Billy. I went ahead and got a package deal with trailer and implements that I need.

The 3033 should be plenty of tractor for my needs.

This should be like heaven after keeping a 1949 Farmall Cub running for the last seven years. I would assume it will cut way down on my wrench turning.

Welcome and Congrats Mark! I have the G3038H and absolutely love it.. I moved to LS from an ancient Kubota.. Huge difference!!

Already have 8 hours on the tractor. Been bush hogging , grading my driveway and tilling my garden. I absolutely love the tractor. I was a bit skeptical about using such a big bush hog, but the tractor performed like a champ. My pasture was really overgrown, It was up to my armpits and i'm six foot.
Got a late start on my garden but we had a pretty bad cold snap late in the season so I'm really only a couple of weeks behind. I tilled a 25 x 50 main garden a 20 x 75 watermelon patch and another 25 x 50 frog skin melon patch. If it wasnt raining i would be tilling a corn patch. I cant say enough good things about about this tractor AND I cant say enough about Billy Smith at Smith's Enterprise's at Salemburg NC. Billy delivered my tractor himself even though he was suffering from a medical problem. Billy is a stand up guy for sure. Thanks Billy!
The only thing I would change on the tractor is the seat and the parking break. Other than those minor issues, you just cant get this much tractor for the price anywhere else. Bravo LS. I'll get some pictures posted soon.

I totally agree on the seat.. Does anybody know if there is a decent seat cover with some kind of cushioning built in that would fit the LS seat? Shredded about five acres yesterday in the heat, and doggone it, I was getting some "Monkey Butt"..

I just bought a good seat for my 3033. The factory seat stunk! Love the tractor though. Parking brake kinda cheezy, but works. My only advice is make sure you have some weight on the back if moving heavy loads with the FEL! Other wise you might get a surprise when your back wheels bounce off of the ground! Welcome and I hope your tractor serves you as well as mine has. I bought mine in January and have 120 hrs on it. No problems. CHECK YOUR FEL MOUNTING BOLTS AT LEAST EVERY 50 HOURS!!!!
